Implementing compensation benefits Strategies;
Reviewing compensation and benefits policies and rules according to internal compensation
situations, marketing salary and benefits, company’s compensation strategies, and business’
developing needs;
Improving and enforce Incentive and Retention Plan for all level employees including salesgirl;
Organize and perform Periodic salary, benefit and morale survey and put up and leading in-house
salary and benefit review of all regions of PRC;
One of the present tasks is to work out and drive employees’ share-holder system for senior
managements;
Build up and Implement BSC performance appraisal system for employees in this budgeting year.
