numbers are as follows: 008 for job agency service
of Shanghai Municipal Labor & Social Security
Bureau; 144 for job agency service of Shanghai Personnel
Bureau; and 1740 for business of Shanghai Science
and Technology Commission. LAC is for its abbreviation.
LAC is a social service corporation specializing in
job agency, employment, personnel administration,
labor dispatching, foreign employment visa, professional
training, management consulting and registration agency
for corporations, etc. Permitted by superior, the
company has established Party Committee, which shall
implement advanced culture, scientific management
and reputable service.
With the working experience in department of Shanghai
Municipal Labor & Social Security Bureau, LAC
maintains good relationship with such governmental
executive organizations as Labor & Personnel Department
and Social Security Cooperation, which effectively
helps us in communication and efficiency.
