LAC is for its abbreviation. LAC is a social service corporation specializing in job agency, employment, personnel administration, labor dispatching, foreign employment visa, professional training, management consulting and registration agency for corporations, etc. Permitted by superior, the company has established Party Committee, which shall implement advanced culture, scientific management and reputable service.

With the working experience in department of Shanghai Municipal Labor & Social Security Bureau, LAC maintains good relationship with such governmental executive organizations as Labor & Personnel Department and Social Security Cooperation, which effectively helps us in communication and efficiency.

HU MING SHENG
MBA in Labor Economics and senior specialist in government labor assurance administration, corporate HR management and national labor laws. Mr. Hu was once in charge of HR plan, labor organization and labor emolument management in Shanghai Baosteel Ltd, worked in Shanghai Municipal Labor & Social Security Bureau during 1980s--1990s and successively worked as project leader in Shanghai Workers Union, Administration Bureau for Labor nonlocals, Labor Supervision Department, Shanghai Labor Supervisory
Corporation. Currently Mr Hu is Director and Party Committee Secretary of LAC; President of the National Labor Dispatching Cooperative, Member of Specialists Association for Shanghai Municipal Human Resource Intermediating, and Lecturer of Shanghai Job Market on HR management, Senior Consultant and job hunting consultant.
GE SHOU CHANG
Mr.Ge is Professor of the Shanghai Finance and Economy University and a famous specialist in labor economy and human resource management theory and practice. Once worked as Routine Director of China Labor Society; assistant director of Academy Committee; Vice-chairman of National Social Assurance Research Commission; Routine Director of China HR Developing Research Commission; Consulting expert on labor laws of National Labor Department; Vice-chairman of Shanghai Labor
Association; Consulting expert of Shanghai Governmental Heath Revolution and Developing and committeeman of Shanghai Professional Agency Evaluating Commission. Currently Mr Ge is senior consultant of LAC, consultant of National Labor Dispatching Cooperation and committeeman of International Registration Planner Professional Association. Mr. Ge is author of the following books, which are namely Labor Economics, Social Assurance Economics, Labor Economics & Management Knowledge Complete Guide, China Social Assurance Policies Improvement Discussion & Analysis, etc.
